2. What the QIS Protocol does NOT collect
The QIS (Quadratic Intelligence Swarm) protocol itself — independent of this website — is designed to be privacy-by-architecture. The following is NEVER collected, transmitted, or stored by the protocol:
- Personal data (names, emails, identifiers)
- Health records, clinical data, or Protected Health Information (PHI)
- Raw datasets of any kind
- Patient-identifiable information
- Biometric data, genetic data, or other special categories (Article 9 GDPR)
- Authentication credentials or session tokens
QIS routes only ~512-byte outcome packets containing a semantic fingerprint, outcome label, confidence score, and integrity checksum. Raw data never leaves the source node by architectural design.
3. What this website collects
qisprotocol.com (and its GitHub Pages source at yonderzenith.github.io/QIS-Protocol-Website) uses standard web analytics:
Google Analytics 4
Aggregate, anonymized visitor behavior: page views, session duration, referral source, device type, approximate geographic region (city-level). IP addresses are anonymized by Google before storage. No individual user identification. Measurement ID: G-WMPC09C3R0.
Leadfeeder
Company-level identification from reverse IP lookup: visiting organization name and approximate sector. Leadfeeder does NOT identify individual visitors by name, email, or any personal identifier. Tracker ID: lAxoEaKQb9v7OYGd.
Server logs
Standard GitHub Pages access logs (managed by GitHub, Inc.). We do not control or export these logs.
4. Legal basis for processing
Under GDPR Article 6(1):
- Legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)) — for aggregate site analytics used to improve content and measure communication effectiveness. We have conducted a legitimate interest assessment and determined the processing is minimal, anonymized, and does not override data subject rights.
- Consent (Article 6(1)(a)) — where required by local law (EU/UK visitors) for non-essential cookies. You may decline analytics cookies without affecting site functionality.
